The following step-by-step instructions will guide you through our onboarding materials and help you learn everything you need to know before performing your first treatment.

 
 
 

Items to Expect from Kubanda and Device Storage and Maintenance

This section provides detailed information about what to expect from Kubanda and the purpose of each item you will receive. It also describes proper storage and maintenance procedures for your device.

    • Kubanda will email you the tracking numbers for shipments once your device and starter kit are in transit

  2. Confirm receipt of device and starter kit by emailing your onboarding specialist

How to Order, Store, and Safely Connect to Your CO2 Tank

This section describes CO2 tank ordering, storage, and operation.

Before your CO2 tank arrives:

  1. Review the storage information in this guide and make a plan for storing the tank

  2. Order 1-2 50 lb non-siphon CGA-320 CO2 tanks in either food or medical grade. Full ordering details are in this guide

  3. Reach out to support@kubandacryo.com if you have any questions, our team is always happy to help with tank procurement

Once your CO2 tank arrives:

  1. Confirm receipt of your CO2 tank with your onboarding specialist via email. Make sure your tank is 50 lbs, non-siphon, has a CGA-320 fitting, and is food, beverage, or medical grade.

 
 
 

Patient Selection and Treatment Planning
